The certificate 4 in commercial cookery completion duration is 26 weeks ( 6 holiday weeks). Classes are scheduled for 2.5 days per week and self-study component. Weekday classes are also available for students. Students who wish to enrol full time need to attend a minimum of 20 courses per week.
